(1.) In this matter mediated settlement has taken place. The respondent has handed over the keys of the demised premises to the petitioner on receipt of Rs. 65,000.00 in lump sum towards his claim in the present lis. Being so, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission granted. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
