(1.) Asi Yadav Chand of Police Station, Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, is present alongwith Record. Report perused and taken on record.

(2.) Record reveals that in relation to FIR No.221/16, dated 26.8.2016, for offences under Sectins 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POSCO Act, registered at Police Station, Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, accused-petitioner Khem Chand was arrested on 26.8.2016.

(3.) It is a matter of record that petitioner is a student and pursuing his studies in Government College, Nalagarh. Challan already stands presented in Court.
