JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed seeking mainly the following reliefs:-

(2.) It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the parole as granted by the authorities Modern Central Jail, Kanda, vide Annexure P-4. is going to expire on 11/2/2026. He submits that his client is suffering from various serious ailments and he requires treatment for the same.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he had made a representation to the Director General of Prisons & Correctional Services, Himachal Pradesh on 4/2/2026. He also contends that petitioner shall be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide the said representation for the extension of the medical parole within the time bound direction.
