JUDGEMENT

(1.) Notice Mr. Sidharth Jalta, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.

(2.) Keeping in view, the order which is proposed to be passed in the present petition, neither notice is required to be issued to respondent No.4, nor reply is to be called for from the respondents.

(3.) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that he has again been transferred to hard area, whereas he had already served in hard area for almost four years. The petitioner has made a representation after joining at the transferred place, which is again a hard area i.e. Government Middle School Naichana u/c GSSS Bogdhar (Sirmour).
