JUDGEMENT

(1.) Issue notice. Mr. Rajpal Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed representations with regard to the issue raised in the petition, but the same has not been decided by the Authority concerned till date.

(3.) This petition, accordingly, as prayed for, is disposed of with the direction that let representations of the petitioners be decided, in the light of the averments made therein as well as the judgment being relied upon by the petitioners, within a period of twelve weeks by the Competent Authority. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any view on the merits of the case and the representation shall be decided by the Authority independently without being influenced by any observation made by this Court in this regard.
