JUDGEMENT

(1.) Notice. Mr. Sidharth Jalta, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) In view of the order proposed to be passed in the present petition, no reply is called for from the respondents.

(3.) The grievance of the petitioner is that she made a representation on 20/11/2025 (Annexure P-5), whereby sought her transfer from her present place of posting i.e. G.P.S. Chandwa, Education Block Kupvi, District Shimla (Hard Area) to a soft area within District Sirmaur, near her hometown, under the 5% Inter-District Transfer Policy.
