JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:

As per the case put forth by the petitioner, he was serving in the respondent -Bank as Computer Terminal Officer, Mehre Branch, District Kangra when charge sheet dated 27.11.2006 was served upon him by the disciplinary authority in which ten charges of gross misconduct were leveled against him.
