JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is seeking bail in case FIR No. 72 of 2015 dated 4.10.2015, registered at Police Station, Arki, District Solan, under Sections 454 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) According to the respondent-State, no recovery etc. is to be effected from the petitioner. He has joined the investigation. He is permanent resident of District Solan as per address given in the application and has roots in the society. He would always be available to face the trial.

(3.) Consequently, the petition is allowed and the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with case FIR No. 72 of 2015 dated 4.10.2015, registered at Police Station, Arki, District Solan, under Sections 454 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code is ordered to be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000.00 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Solan with the following conditions:
