(1.) RESPONDENT , Tikam Ram filed a petition under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act for grant of succession certificate in respect of the debts and securities of Smt.Leela Devi. According to Tikam Ram he was the husband of Smt. Leela Devi and that the 4th marriage between them was solemnized on December, 1995 according to local custom. Smt. Leela Devi died on 23.7.1996. (2.) WHETHER the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Retirement Gratuity and Leave Encashment payable on account of the death of Smt. Leela Devi.

(3.) IN support of his case the husband, Tikam Ram, examined himself and four other witnesses.
