JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present is a seniority dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.3. Petitioner's grievance is to the order dtd. 3/5/2023 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Principal Secretary (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh-respondent No.1 that unsettled the seniority position being enjoyed by the petitioner over respondent No.3 since the year 2009 and made him junior to the aforesaid respondent.
