JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant petition has been filed under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 0091 of 2022 dtd. 15/11/2022 registered under Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Shillai, District Sirmaur, HP.

(2.) Heard counsel for the parties and perused the status report.

(3.) Presently, the petitioner who is aged about 36 years is working as a Junior Engineer, MNREGA at Rajgarh in the office of the BDO. Against the aforesaid post, the petitioner had been appointed in the year 2014.
