JUDGEMENT

This petition has been preferred, seeking regular bail under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in case FIR No. 56 of 2019, dtd. 29/3/2019, registered under Ss. 302, 201, 109, 111 read with Sec. 34 of Indian Panel Code (in short 'IPC') in Police Station Joginder Nagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
