JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since common questions of law and facts arise for consideration in these petitions, therefore, they were taken up together for hearing and are being disposed of by a common judgment.

(2.) These petitions have been filed for grant of the following substantive relief:

The petitioners were appointed as Lecturers in the College of Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical, Sciences, Joginder Nagar, District Mandi, H.P. by the Society namely Society for Ayurvedic Pharmacy Education and Training, Himachal Pradesh, vide Office Order dtd. 2/4/2012. Condition No.3 of this order wherein the terms and conditions of appointment were set out read as under:
