JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two Revision Petitions, for involvement of common question of law and facts, are being decided by this common judgment.

(2.) Parties, for convenience, shall be addressed hereinafter according to their status before the Rent Controller, i.e. landlord and tenants.

(3.) These petitions are arising out of proceedings initiated by landlord against the tenant for eviction from the suit premises.
