VICKY Vs. STATE OF HIMACHAL PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner, presently in custody, as an accused in FIR No.357/2022, dtd. 21/12/2022, registered under Sec. 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sadar, District Chamba H.P., is seeking regular bail, under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) Respondent has filed status report and also produced the record.

(3.) After arguing the matter for a considerable period of time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, at an appropriate stage, in accordance with law. Prayer being innocuous has not been opposed by learned Deputy Advocate General. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
