JUDGEMENT

(1.) The first petitioner is the wife of the second petitioner.

(2.) The first petitioner was working as Peon in the office of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Tehsil Dharamshala District Kangra, HP who has been impleaded as respondent no. 5.

(3.) The second petitioner is working as Senior Assistant in the office of Chief Engineer, Kangra Division HPPWD Dharamshala, HP.
