Petitioner is accused of possessing 3541 number of intoxicating capsules containing psychotropic substance Tramadol in FIR No.50/2020 dtd. 16/4/2020, registered under Ss. 21 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (the Act for short) at Police Station Paonta Sahib, District Sirmour, H.P. He was arrested on 16/4/2020 and seeks his enlargement on regular bail in the instant petition
