(1.) The petitioners seek regular bail in FIR No.22/2023, dtd. 26/3/2023, registered under Ss. 21 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (in short 'NDPS Act') and Sec. 181 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 at Police Station Dharampur, District Solan, H.P.
