JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been preferred by petitioner under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 21 of 2019, dtd. 29/6/2019, registered under Ss. 506 IPC and 67-A of Information Technology Act at Women Police Station Una, District Una along with consequential proceedings, if any, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

(3.) Today, petitioner as well as respondent No.2 along with her brother namely Akshay Kumar are present in the Court today. They have been identified by their respective counsel and separate statements of petitioner and respondent No.2 have been recorded on oath.
