JUDGEMENT

(1.) A .S.I Ashok Kumar, Police Station, Sadar Chamba District Chamba, H.P. is present alongwith record. Record perused and returned. Status report filed and taken on record.

(2.) F .I.R. No.230/2013 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 -B of the Indian Penal Code, was registered at Police Station, Sadar, Chamba District Chamba, on 24.10.2013. Apprehending arrest, petitioner approached this Court seeking bail under the provisions of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. On 28.10.2013, this Court passed an interim order directing that in the event of arrest, petitioner shall be enlarged on bail, subject to his Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? complying with the conditions imposed therein. The said interim order is in operation till date. .

(3.) PETITIONER , who is a Member of B.D.C., has fully cooperated during investigation. No record is to be seized from the petitioner. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
