JUDGEMENT

(1.) Instant petition has been moved for grant of anticipatory bail under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR No.11/2022 dtd. 11/1/2022 registered under Ss. 380, 457, 201, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Post Yol, Police Station Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.

(2.) Interim protection was granted to the petitioner vide order dtd. 24/1/2022, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated therein.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the status report.
