(2.) Petitioner is an accused in case FIR No. 115/2022, dtd. 12/10/2022, registered under Ss. 498-A, 406 and 377 of IPC, at Police Station, Gagret, District Una, H.P.

(3.) The contents of petition as well as status report reveal that there existed a matrimonial dispute inter se husband and wife and as a result thereof the instant FIR came to be registered against the petitioner.
