JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this petition, petitioner is seeking regular bail under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short 'Cr.P.C.'), in case FIR No.34 of 2021, dtd. 5/3/2021, registered in Police Station Sadar, Shimla, H.P., under Ss. 363, 366A, 370(4), 506, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC').

(2.) The petitioner was arrested on 8/3/2021 and, after remaining in police custody, now he is in judicial custody.

(3.) Petitioner had approached this Court earlier also by filing applications for bail, being CRMPM No.609/2021, which was dismissed on 9/8/2021; and CRMPM No.2082/2021, which was withdrawn on 7/12/2021.
