JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE only grievance of the petitioner is that the breast wall has not been raised by the respondents immediately below his property. It has come in the reply that the respondent -State has already constructed a breast wall measuring 23 metres in length and 3.05 metres of standard height by spending a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/ - for undertaking the protection work. It has also come in the reply that the house and cow -shed of the petitioner is at a safe distance from the edge of the road.

(2.) CONSEQUENTLY , in view of the observations and discussions made hereinabove, the petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
