JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITION disposed of. I do not find that any illegality has been committed by the learned Rent Controller in rejecting the application of the petitioner herein for being impleaded her as one of the legal representative of late Shri Vishwanath Sood. It is submitted by Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that an objection has been taken by Smt. Veermati Sood that the petition is not maintainable for the reason that all the legal heirs of deceased Sh. Vishwanath Sood have not been impleaded as party respondents in the petition. There is also a settled issue on this point which is to be decided on the evidence on record. In this event, but it is obvious in case learned Rent Controller find that all the legal heirs of late Shri Vishwanath Sood are the necessary parties, the law will take its own course. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
