JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR . Anup Rattan, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to make a representation. Request allowed. As and when any representation is received by the appropriate/competent authorities from the petitioner, the same be considered, in accordance with law, within a period of eight months after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to add, the authorities shall pass a reasoned order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved it shall be open to him to approach the Court. Needless to add, if similar benefits stand accorded to similarly situated persons, respondents shall accord the same to the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
