JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for releasing the petitioner on bail in case registered under Sections 2, 9A,22,25A,27A and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ( for short Act).

(2.) THE facts in brief are that Intelligence Officer, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (Regional Unit), 51-D, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana has filed complaint in the Court of Special Judge, Solan against petitioner and Jasvir Singh Sodhi, M/s. Ten Star Industries, M/s. Torranto Wellcure Pharmaceuticals and M/s. Allwell Pharmaceutical Company for offences punishable under Sections 2,9A, 22, 25A, 27A and 29 of the Act.

(3.) THE Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit on the information that M/s. Ten Star Industries was indulged in unlawfully delivering/removing/dealing with Control Substances in violations of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances), Order, 1993 ( For short Order) issued under Section 9A of the Act, searches were made at factory premises of M/s. Ten Star Industries, M/s. Torranto Wellcure Pharmaceuticals.
