(1.) THE writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

(2.) AN identical issue was considered by this Court leading to common judgment dated 21.3.2012 in CWP No.9047 of 2011 titled Baldev Chand & Another versus State of H.P. & Others. In case the petitioners herein are also similarly situated as the petitioners in the judgment referred to above, similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioners herein also, as is given to the petitioners in the judgment referred to above.
