THAT the use of any appendage to the main cast, unless specifically prohibited by the Government, may be declared meaningless for the purpose of counting that caste for benefits under Other Backward Classes category. That respondent No.4 may very kindly be directed to make the necessary corrections in the revenue record for including the sub -caste of the petitioners.
