JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is primarily aggrieved by the issuance of notice (Ex.P -4) dated 4th May, 2011. However, the petitioner till the filing of this petition had not filed any reply to the show cause notice. Mr. . . Neeraj K. Sharma, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the reply to show cause notice has now been filed Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the matter by passing a speaking order within a period of four weeks after the receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear that all the pleas raised in the reply by the petitioner shall be taken into consideration including whether the respondent No.2 had the jurisdiction/authority to issue the show cause notice. In case an adverse decision is taken against the petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioner to approach the competent Court of law. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
