JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

(2.) AN identical issue was considered by this Court leading to common judgment dated 21.03.2012 in CWP No.9047 of 2011 titled Baldev Chand & another versus State of H.P. and others. In case the petitioners herein are also similarly situated as the petitioners in the judgment, referred to above, a similar benefit shall be extended to the petitioners herein also, as is given to the petitioners in the judgment, referred to above.
