JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has assailed the appointment of respondent No. 4 to the post of Part Time Water Carrier in Government Primary School, Chaka. According to the petitioner, she was more meritorious vis -à -vis respondent No. 4. Respondents No. 1 to 3 have filed the reply. According to the reply filed by respondents No. 1 to 3, the petitioner has secured 20 marks and the respondent No. 4 has secured 21 marks. The suitability of the petitioner vis -à -vis respondent No. 4 has been adjudged by a duly constituted selection committee and the scope of judicial review in these matters is very limited. Consequently, there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
