(2.) THE petitioner by means of this petition has challenged the order dated 23.5.2012 whereby he has been transferred from AHC Shahtalai to AHC Satlai.

(3.) FROM the aforesaid averments it is apparent that except after his initial appointment in the year 1988 when he served at Kugti for five years the petitioner has been in his home district. Even Shahtalai which is otherwise in district Bilaspur is on the border of Una and Bilaspur. The petitioner has served almost 19 years in district Una. The respondents have also stated that the post of AMO and Ayurvedic Pharmacist at Satlai have been vacant for the last six years.
