(3.) IT is evident from certificates, Annexures P-1 to P-4, that the petitioner belongs to IRDP Scheduled Caste category and is TGT (Arts). As per list Annexure P-6, candidates belonging to SC-IRDP Category of subsequent batch (1998), mentioned at serial Nos. 24 to 51, have been appointed as TGT (Arts) on batch-wise basis.
