JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed by petitioners, Daleep Kumar and Krishan Kumar, alleging therein the illegal mining and illegal felling of trees in Khad, Gram Panchayat Tunna, Post Office Jachh, Tehsil Chachiot, District Mandi, H.P.

(2.) The allegations are that such illegal mining and felling of trees is taking place at the instance of respondent No.4. To substantiate the allegations, certain photographs have been placed on record by the petitioners.

(3.) Having regard to the facts of the case, we require the petitioners to approach the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Chachiot at Gohar, District Mandi, H.P., who shall have the site, in question, inspected and to prevent any illegal mining and illegal felling of trees, after due notice to respondent No.4, in accordance with law, after associating the petitioners as well as respondent No.4.
