JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since common questions of law and facts arise for consideration in both the petitions, therefore, the same were taken up together for consideration and are being disposed of by common judgment.

(2.) The respondents-State floated tender(s) for providing LWSS to PC habitation under LWSS Jakhyol phase 2nd and LWSS Karohta in Tehsil Bhoranj, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh (estimated cost: Rs.86,54,171/-) in the case of petitioner in CWP No.3302/2019 and for augmentation of LWSS Bani Barsar Garli Phase 1st and 2nd improvement of LWSS Bani Barsar Garli distribution system in Tehsil Barsar, District Hamirpur, SH constructing 4 Nos. overhead storage tanks (estimated cost: Rs.41,81,250/-) in the case of the petitioner in CWP No. 3303/2019.
