(1.) In nut shell, the case of the petitioner is that he was denied regularization at the relevant time on account of pendency of a criminal case against him. Even though, the criminal case has ended in petitioner's acquittal, yet, the respondents have not given him the benefits of regularization alongwith all consequential benefits from the due date.
