JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, incarcerating upon his arrest for committing dacoity, has come up before this Court seeking regular bail.

(2.) Earlier, the petitioner had filed bail application No.281/21, which was dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nalagarh, District Solan, H.P. vide order dtd. 6/9/2021.

(3.) In Para 4 (d) of the bail application, the petitioner declares having no criminal history. The status report also does not mention any criminal past of the accused.
