JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, incarcerating upon his arrest for commission of aforesaid offences, has come up before this Court under Sec. 439 Cr.PC, seeking regular bail.

(2.) Earlier the petitioner had filed the following petition: Bail Application No.94-ASJ-II/22 of 2020, filed before learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Solan, District Solan, H.P., which was dismissed on 28/10/2020.
