JUDGEMENT

(1.) XXXX.

(2.) PETITIONER retired as a Conductor from Himachal Road Transport Corporation on 30.6.2010, but he was not released the pensionary benefits alongwith leave encashment, as such filed the present petition.

(3.) SINCE the petitioner retired on 30.6.2010 and he was released the leave encashment on 5.8.2010, therefore, the petitioner is only entitled to the interest @ 12% p.a. on this amount w.e.f. 1.9.2010 till its actual release, which shall be paid by the respondents to the petitioner within two months from the receipt of the copy of this judgment.
