JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has prayed for, inter alia, the following reliefs:

(2.) VIDE order dated 20.6.2008 petitioner was transferred from Govt. Sr. Secondary School, Rakhoh to Govt. Sr. Secondary School, Rissa. Operation of this order, qua the petitioner was stayed in the instant petition on 26.6.2008. Since then the petition has come up for hearing now. Today none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Perhaps he is not interested to pursue the matter.
