JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE fifth respondent in CWP No. 7714 of 2010 is the appellant. Issue pertains to transfer. The learned Single Judge set aside Annexure P -1, order of transfer, dated 15th November 2010, with a direction to continue the writ petitioner at Government Primary School, Nagri till she completes her normal tenure. During the pendency of the appeal, we are informed that the appellant herein (fifth respondent) has been now accommodated at Government Primary School, Bhawana near Kelti, District Shimla. This appeal is disposed of making it clear that the appellant shall continue at Government Primary School, Bhawana near Kelti, District Shimla, till she completes her normal tenure.
