JUDGEMENT

(1.) For possessing 84 grams of heroin, the petitioner, who is under arrest, on being arraigned as an accused in FIR number 93 of 2019, dated Oct 8, 2019, registered under Sections 21 & 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in the file of Police Station Kumarsain, District Shimla, HP, disclosing non-bailable offences, came up has come up under section 439 CrPC, seeking regular bail.
