JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this petition, filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-

It is not in dispute that after the petitioner was convicted by the learned Court below, he filed an appeal and learned Appellate Court suspended the sentence imposed upon the petitioner subject to the conditions so imposed by learned Appellate Court. It is also a matter of record that the conditions so imposed by the learned Appellate Court were not complied with by the petitioner despite on his asking, two more opportunities having been granted in this regard by the learned Court.

In this view of the matter, taking into consideration the conduct of the petitioner, as this Court does not finds this to be a fit case to exercise its inherent powers so vested in it under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., present petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
