JUDGEMENT

(1.) Aggrieved by the cancellation of candidature of the applicant(s) for the promotion to the post of Senior Assistant solely on the ground that the applicant(s) had passed the 10+2 examination from Grameen Mukt Vidhayalaya Shiksha Sansthan, have filed the instant petition for the grant of following substantive reliefs:-

Reply filed by the respondents, more importantly, respondent No. 3, wherein it was stated that the State Level Board of Equivalence Committee in its meeting held on 23.11.2017 had granted equivalence in the subjects of class 10 th and 10+2 to respondent No. 4 with the subjects of Respondent Board but such equivalence was only granted to recognizing the course w.e.f. 01.12.2017 to 05.02.2019.

(3.) On 05.12.2019, we directed the respondents to explain how the aforesaid instructions recognizing the particular course w.e.f. 01.12.2017 to 05.02.2019 could be construed.
