JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is aggrieved since he is transferred from Govt. Senior Secondary School Seoh to Govt. Senior Secondary School Kupavi, Distt. Shimla. Learned Addl. Advocate General submits that the transfer was effected so as to enable the private respondent, who is a PTA appointee, to continue at the premises in view of the directions issued by this Court to the effect that in case vacancies are available to accommodate the fresh appointees, the PTA appointee may not be disturbed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a vacancy available at Govt. Senior Secondary School Sudhar, Distt. Mandi and in that view of the matter, the petitioner may be appointed in that vacancy. That certainly is a justifiable prayer. THErefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to see whether the petitioner can be accommodated at Govt. Senior Secondary School Sudhar. Orders, as above, shall be passed within a week from today. THE petitioner will immediately produce a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition before the second respondent. In case the petitioner has not been relieved as on today, proceedings in that regard will be deferred till such time.
