JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD and gone through the record.

(2.) PRESENT Petitioner and his brothers Sushil Kumar and Rajinder Singh are alleged to have committed offences, under Sections, 341, 323, 307, 325, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, by assaulting two persons, namely Anil Kumar and Raman Kumar. Anil Kumar was dealt a blow of a strip of wood. As a result of that blow, Anil Kumar sustained an injury dangerous to life and had to be shifted to Amritsar, where he had to be operated upon.
