(2.) THE respondent was charge -sheeted and acquitted for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) THE learned trial Court acquitted the respondent for want of requisite evidence with respect to the rash and negligent driving of the scooter by the respondent.
