(1.) THE Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer:

(2.) THE petitioner is working as part time Chowkidar. The State Government in its wisdom has framed a scheme to grant daily wager status to the part time workers on 27.2.2004. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for giving the status of daily wager within eight weeks from today.
