JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order shall dispose of the petition filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C, for quashing of FIR No. 21/ 2008 dated 24.8.2008, registered at Police Station Pooh, District Kinnaur, against the petitioners.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State as well as to the complainant.

(3.) I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties and have also gone through the record of the case.
